Our goal is to provide to the client high quality services while reducing its administrative costs.  To achieve this, GoalTrust employs a pool  of resources (human and IT)  that are shared betwen companies administered by GoalTrust. We understand that the operation of a company is complicated and precise financial and operational information extracted from data can be of paramount importance. Our role is supportive to the company. Specifically, we provide the following services:

  1. Bookkeeping. Using our computer based accounting system, experienced staff posts transactions as they incur. From then on we prepare trial balance, transaction listings and bank reonciliation reports for the auditors to complete their annual auditing work. We can always agree on required management reports and their frequency for internal purposes.
  2. Audit. We organize and follow up audit and production of Financial Statement for each company.
  3. Tax returns. We complete and submit the VAT, VIES and INTRASTAT reports as required for a company.
  4. Payroll. We can execute payroll for companies. Our advanced payroll system can compute the net income after earnings and deductions and generate appropriate SEPA files for the payment of employees either within Cyprus, EU or any place in the world.
