GoalTrust was established in 2004 with the objective of providing corporate and fiduciary services to clients. It is regulated by the Cyprus Barristers Association and it is a company owned by George Theocharides LLC, a legal Firm duly registered in Cyprus.

GoalTrust specializes in cross border investments and as such provides incorporation in major jurisdictions such as Cyprus, BVI islands, Hong Kong, Dubai and Gibraltar. Tax Planning is an exercise that determines the suitable structure of the investment aiming to reduce tax and provide an exit strategy for the investors.

Additionally, GoalTrust incorporates Financial Services entities such as Investment Firms providing Investment advice and portfolio management, Foreign Exchange companies, Binary Options companies, Multilateral Trading Facility (platform) companies regulated under the Cyprus Security and Exchange committee.

GoalTrust also registers Fund Management companies such as UCITS and AIFM Management companies as well as UCITS and AIF funds. GoalTrust has invested in technology allowing it to  provide superior and efficient services to its clients.
